I ride my bike erryday, and play tennis twice a week.

Smile I were up at ~176 before quitting working out for a year, I weighed ~143 when starting again now with lots of losses (everything lost more or less Tongue), I've told myself not to weigh again before the 2 months mark so in 2 weeks we shall see
