Nightmare's Application: [Accepted]

Name is Nightmare, you probably know me from the main Assault Cube forums. Been playing Assault Cube only for four months. Past nickname has been CyberKlown28(based off my e-mail address), back when I was just trying out AC. It changed to Nightmare a month or two ago when I started playing much more often.

I've never been blacklisted. I think I've been banned from one server before, for "Spamming". I used the voice com "Defend the Flag" to alert the team mates that enemies were around the corner and coming. Someone didn't like that, apparently. Never been in a clan, or even applied for one yet. I waited until I thought I was somewhat decent first skill-wise.

My playing style depends on map, mode, weapon. Big fan of CTF,(though I'm open to all modes) because I love team based games. I'll usually charge the flag and try to get captures. But if I see a team mate with the flag, I'll jump in behind them and make enemies go through me(yes suicide) in hopes to give the flagrunner a couple seconds of time to get away. I'd rather go 2-27 with 3 captures, and help team mates get a few captures, than go 50-5 with 0 captures and lose the game. But my playstyle will change depending on my team.

I prefer the SMG, but if I find myself constantly reaching another team's base, I'll switch to the AR for rifle sprinting. Sometimes use the Carbine and Sniper, hardly ever use the shotgun. Skill-Wise I'm average/decent. But willing to work to improve. I'm big on good sportsmanship and having fun in general. I try making maps once in a while, currently working on my first real attempt at a map.

I chose to apply for this clan because RR seems cool on the forums, the clansize is small and easier to keep track of for right now which makes it more comfortable.

Just played an inter with Aight and Mai.

In short, we lost by frags. Notice how it is spelled, it is not "flag". In shorter, very very fun and good game.
Nightmare, although he didn't say too much, he did have a very good play. He was on top of it for the whole time. Not sure what else I want to say.

On a side note, Verse has told me that he is going to be working hard and late, so he may not be that active for this next week. Sorry!

To clear some things, noobicus may "test" you, and will be part of the decisión process.

This game was an impromptu match as another one had fallen apart and we pieced this one together. I was glad to get a game in with Nightmare. Unfortunately we were split up, so I cannot comment on Nightmare's teamwork skills.

eQ.|MaiMeeTur and I started out strong on CTF Shine, but Nightmare and eQ.|Gibarix seem to garner some sort of strategy and took over the game.

On TOSOK eQ.|Gibarix was unstoppable. The rest of us where fairy evenly matched, but Nightmare did show some fine accuracy.

In all, I feel Nightmare did a good job, but would like to team up with him soon. I don't know if you rifle sprint Nightmare, but I would recommend working on it. There were a couple times in Shine where it would have served you well, but nevertheless you are fine player.

One last note, I do not know RR and Verse's stance on "T-bagging." I generally don't care, but be careful during the application process. I have a vote now too.

I only rifle sprinted once in that game(and got caught up in the middle near the boxes in Shine), since I usually don't with the SMG, unless I know the map really well.
I do with the Assault Rifle whenever I use that :D

Sorry about the teabagging(if you didn't like it.) I usually do it to good players, out of celebration that I'm still alive after getting in a firefight with them. If I teabag you, it means I think you're a good player and respect you :D

I'll be happy to play on your team in a game soon! Would be cool if we could get you three and myself in a game at once
