Yes, despite this hindrance we (ACWC admins & referees) are trying to proceed with ACWC as much as possible.
Luckily a few days ago we were able to successfully organize Brazil vs Algeria.
Here is the bracket if you're interested, Andy.

Basically we're 'loosely postponing' the deadline of this week's matches until the forums come back up. We're also hoping to transfer the ACWC's official subforum/etc to akimbo if the attacks continue. This means nobody has to play any of their matches since the main method of communication (AC forum) is down. However, you're still allowed to play, should you pluck up the organizational skills to do so - just try to let a ref know so they can set up a stream. Sorry if this was the wrong place to post this. :D
