RR is partly correct. PARTLY.
It's cuz at the start of Instagib team on the vaQ server (which holds 128 people o.o) players can spawn on the same spawn point. So here we have 2 different playermodels spawned here that fit somewhat well. Hence the scrawny robot with superhero arms and 2 guns.
